Registration Tips

1. To register, click on "Log In" in the top corner of the page or use the “Register Now!” button on the relevant "Activities" tab. If this is your first time logging in, please create an account using the “New Member” option.


2. Pre-registration is a great way to avoid stress, review class information, and set up most of your account information before registration begins. Pre-registration will be available at least one week in advance of registration opening.


3. Please be aware that registration is not complete until classes are paid for. Pre-registration DOES NOT guarantee a spot will still be available when you return to submit payment; please plan accordingly.

4. Registration information for multiple students must be filled out separately for each student to ensure it gets properly recorded in the system, even if this information is largely the same. Once this information has been entered for a student, it will not need to be entered again, except as noted below. We encourage families with multiple children to pre-register to make sure they are not rushed when filling out the registration form.

5. To find out more information about each activity, select the "Activities" tab. For a class description and the complete schedule of session dates, click on its name in the grid on that tab.                                                               

6.  Once we have determined if a class will be running, an email either confirming or cancelling that class will be sent to all registered families. In the event that we need to cancel a class, due to low enrollment, we will contact all affected families and do our best to accommodate transfers, based on space available in other classes.

Tech Tips

1. Don't use Internet Explorer to register, if possible. We suggest Firefox or Chrome for best results. Safari also works well.
2. "REGISTER NOW!" buttons will not be active until the specified registration time for the given season. If you are trying to register after that time, and the button isn't working, first try reloading your browser page. 

3. If you are having difficulty signing up from a mobile device or work computer, try again once you're at home, as some work networks prevent staff from accessing some websites. If you need immediate assistance, please contact us at [email protected].

Payment/Financial Tips

1. We offer a 10% discount for multiple children registered at the same time. The discount applies to the second and any additional children registered, and will be applied automatically during checkout. Please note: For the discount to apply, your children must all be registered at the same time. If you have any difficulties, please contact us at [email protected].
2. If you have a coupon code from a gift certificate or other source, you will be able to enter the code during checkout.
3. We provide refunds for any reason up until the start of classes. After classes have begun, refunds will only be offered in special circumstances. Transfers will be available until the second class. After the second class of the session, neither refunds nor transfers will be available except for special circumstances.
